Charles Ludd, Jr is an attorney practicing in the areas of Criminal Defense, Employment Law, Contract Formation and Dissolution, Business Litigation, and International Trade.
Mr. Ludd earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2011 and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside in 2006. While in law school Charles gained experience in the fields of construction law and insurance defense litigation. Prior to law school, Charles worked in legislation and intergovernmental affairs while serving the California State Legislature, and the Office of Governmental Affairs, of the California Judicial Council.
Mr. Ludd began his legal career in Southern California working for a litigation firm in downtown Los Angeles. While there, Charles handled a number cases including: Criminal defense, Employment discrimination, as well as Business and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Ludd has also written on such topics as international trade, international civil litigation, and United States antitrust law. Mr. Ludd takes a client centered approach to his counseling and advocacy and provides each client with a focused and responsive approach to meeting their individual objectives.
